AGES 14 AND UP
Adults
Adult Taekwondo, no experience needed
Most adults walk in with zero experience. You learn the basics alongside the class, at your own pace.
Get fit, clear your head, drop the stress. Parents and grandparents train here too, some in the same class as their kids.

Teens
Teen Taekwondo starts at 14
At 14, students move up from our Kids classes (7 to 13) into Teens & Adults. Brand new at 14? Same class, same free first class.
A black belt earned before 15 is a Junior Black Belt. From 15, it's the full Black Belt.

Every class
What you'll train
We're strict about the small things: bow on and off the mat, uniform on right, on the floor before class starts. Every class moves you one step along the belt line.
Basics
Stances, blocks, strikes, kicks.
Patterns
Set routines for every belt.
Breaking
Boards, with real technique.
Self-defence
Practical, drilled with a partner.

Class times
Most members train twice a week: Monday and Wednesday, or Tuesday and Thursday. Day two builds on day one, so it sticks. Make-ups are included.
