MASTER MILAD BAHRAMI
Master Milad Bahrami brings over 25 years of martial arts experience to Endurance Taekwondo, having trained and taught under highly respected leaders, including Grandmaster Ji Sun Choi, former president of the BC Taekwondo Federation, and Master Tony Kook, vice-president of the Federation. His journey has spanned roles as the head instructor of Choi’s Martial Arts, North Shore Taekwondo, West Vancouver Taekwondo, and Bowen Island Taekwondo, where he gained a wealth of teaching experience and developed his commitment to excellence in martial arts education.
IN 2014,
he opened Port Moody Taekwondo
Which has grown to become the heart of the Endurance Taekwondo community. Master Milad is dedicated to creating an environment where students are inspired to push themselves and grow confidently. He takes pride in leading colour belt and black belt tests, ensuring that these milestone moments are meaningful and motivating for each student as they progress on their Taekwondo journey.
For over a decade, Endurance Taekwondo has guided more than 2,500 students in building essential life skills, and in 2024, it was honoured to be named Tri-City News’ Favourite Martial Arts School—our ninth consecutive year receiving this recognition.
The teaching methods used at Endurance Taekwondo are deeply rooted in the lessons passed down through Master Milad’s lineage, particularly from Master Tony Kook, and have shaped how classes are taught over the past decade. These principles ensure students develop technical excellence, confidence, discipline, and a lifelong love for learning.
In addition to teaching, Master Milad has served as the chairperson of both the Tournament Committee and Volunteer Committee and is currently on the Board of Directors for Taekwondo BC.
