AGES 7 TO 13
Real Taekwondo, twice a week: patterns, kicking drills, board breaks and fitness. Kids build confidence, learn to handle bullying and pressure, and set goals they actually reach. Classes in Port Moody, Burnaby and Port Coquitlam.
Grouped by belt, not just age
Our Youth classes run in three levels. Every new student starts in Foundations (White to Orange belt). Intermediate and Advanced take them the rest of the way to black belt. Kids move up a level as their belt does, so every class is pitched at what they’re ready for.
Two classes a week, built to stack
The second class carries the week forward instead of repeating it, so what they pick up on day one is still sharp on day two. Pick Monday and Wednesday, Tuesday and Thursday, or a weekday plus Friday or Saturday. Make-up classes are included.
Progress they can see
Every class moves them one step along the belt line: White, Yellow Stripe, Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue, Purple, Red, Brown, Black Stripe, Black. Colour belt tests run every month. A black belt earned before 15 is the Junior Black Belt.

Integrity
Perseverance
Self-Control
Indomitable Spirit
We’re strict about the small things: bow on and off the mats, uniform on properly, on the mat before class starts. Every student learns the five tenets: courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit. Your part’s easy. Once a week, ask your child which one they used, and where.

“My son attends the after-school program at Endurance Taekwondo and looks forward to it every time. This experience has not only enhanced my son’s physical strength, stamina and endurance but also taught him about establishing goals and acquiring life skills. As a parent, what matters to me most is that he really enjoys the programs here, whether it be spring camp or movie and pizza night. He always tells me how he enjoys making new friends, not to mention the staff are so helpful, friendly and approachable. The instructors are professional and are highly competent. They help lay the foundation for young learners such as my son to thrive in gaining their confidence. Thumbs up to Endurance Taekwondo!”
